Return Policy

We want you to love our products. If you would like to return the whole order or part of it. We will happily accept the products, that must be purchased from thegoodskn.com within 30 days of the purchase date. If products are purchased from other websites or sellers, please contact those sellers directly to inquire about their return policies.

 

Please email us at care@thegoodskn.com with the order number, the detail of the returned items, the reason for the return, and whether it’s used or not. Unused products are eligible for a refund but used products are not eligible for a refund.Our team may inspect the returned products upon receipt by us. We may return the purchase price if the product is in acceptable condition. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment. We will refund the purchase price, shipping charges are not refundable. If a return is declined, the returned products will be sent back to the originally shipped address. If someone faces events like having an allergic reaction to a product, or if the product arrived with damaged, defective packaging, we will pay for the return shipping and you may choose for a refund.

Any return must be sent in its original shipping box, to ensure the return arrives safely and in which it was shipped. If your return arrives in a damaged condition, we will not accept it for return and we will ship the package back to you.

If the product arrived damaged, faulty or defective packaging, etc please write an email to care@thegoodskn.com and report these concerns to us within 5 days of delivery.

When placing an order, we will estimate the delivery date based on the availability of the items, the shipping options, and the locations chosen. We usually ship orders using third-party carriers within 2-4 days of accepting an order. Orders placed over the weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day. Fast shipping is chargeable but normal shipping is free.

Wish to make a change to the order or shipment address, an exchange, or cancel a purchase, one must cancel or make that change before the order ships. No cancellations or changes are acceptable after dispatch. Any change to an order may cause a delay in shipping and delivery.
