Probiotic In Skincare

We have always eaten curd, fermented food that is good for our gut health, due to the good bacteria in it. Here, healthy skin means a robust skin barrier, and one can find the skin barrier located in the outermost layer called stratum corneum, made of oil and water, and the microbiome of the skin lives and thrives here.
